About these terms
These terms apply to your use of teavalentino.com (the "Site"), operated by Tea Valentino ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Site, booking a call, downloading the free workbook, or purchasing any of the programs described below, you agree to these terms.
Services offered
Through the Site I offer LinkedIn and personal branding coaching, including a free workbook, the self-paced 30-Day LinkedIn Challenge, the 12-week "Get Visible on LinkedIn" program, and LinkedIn strategy training for companies. Calls are booked through Calendly. The Challenge is purchased through a Stripe checkout link. The 12-week program is delivered and paid for through Skool. No payment is collected or processed directly on this Site.
Free resources
The free workbook is provided for informational purposes. Downloading it requires providing your name and email address, which are used to deliver the resource and to send related email content, as described in the Privacy Policy.
No guaranteed results
Any results mentioned on the Site, including testimonials, reflect individual experiences. I don't guarantee specific outcomes, income, or LinkedIn performance from using the free resources or completing any paid program.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, workbooks, videos, and branding, is owned by Tea Valentino unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute this content without written permission.
Third-party services
Booking, payment, and community features are handled by third-party platforms (Calendly, Stripe, Skool, Kit, Substack). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which I don't control.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel up to 7 days after your payment is made for a full refund. After that period, your registration is non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or participation in any program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
