  1. Who is responsible for your data

Teodora Hristova, trading as Tea Valentino, is the data controller for personal data collected through teavalentino.com. VAT number IT03817510120, registered address Via G.B. Trombini 3, 21013 Gallarate (VA), Italy. You can reach me at tea@teavalentino.com.

  1. What data I collect

  • Contact form / free workbook opt-in: name and email address, collected through Kit, used to deliver the workbook and related emails.

  • Newsletter: if you subscribe to the Substack newsletter, your email is collected and managed directly by Substack.

  • Booking a call: if you book through Calendly, your name, email, and any details you provide are collected by Calendly.

  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect usage data such as pages visited, device type, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies.

I don't collect or store any payment information directly. Payments for the Challenge are handled by Stripe, and payments and access for the 12-week program are handled by Skool, each under their own privacy policy.

  • To send newsletter content via Substack

  • To schedule and manage calls via Calendly

  • To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it, via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

  1. Legal basis

Where required under GDPR, I rely on your consent (for opt-in forms and non-essential cookies) and my legitimate interest (for basic analytics) to process your data.

  1. Third parties involved

Your data may be processed by: Kit (email delivery), Substack (newsletter), Calendly (scheduling), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Stripe (Challenge payments), and Skool (program access and payments). Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA; where that's the case, they rely on their own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

  1. Cookies

The Site uses cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. When you visit, a cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies before they're set. You can change your preference at any time through that banner.

  1. How long data is kept

I keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

  1. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

  1. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect data from them.

  1. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
